SUBMISSIONS FOR ADVERTISING IN THE MARIN PET GAZETTE

We accept high-resolution (300DPI) CMYK PDF, TIFF, or EPS formats.  Fonts need to be supplied, unless you have created outlines and all files should not be locked or embedded. Postscript fonts only. *** If true type or multiple master fonts are used, we will substitute similar postscript fonts, and your ad may not look the same.

CD’s only. NO FLOPPIES. Test your CD to make sure it is readable.
Label all disks with advertiser name, issue, sales rep and your phone number and all relevant contact info.

• Put your content into the Advertisers folder
• Please identify your company and ad clearly on your file that you upload.
• Please notify us through email of your upload, and include all contact information in the event we need to consult with you.

Do not send ads in any native program format. Only send as described above.

In creating your ad, do not reduce photos more than 70% or enlarge them more than 150%. Spot colors must be converted to CMYK before you save your ad as a PDF, TIFF or EPS file. All color files must be CMYK format. 

We are not responsible for color quality from client’s digital materials.
